    The short film shoot-out competition is fast becoming a favourite annual event for new and experienced filmmakers – and the Asian heritage community of filmmakers throughout North America has embraced the idea of producing a short film within 24 hours to 7 days.

    RATED F… FOR FART is a micro-documentary on farting and its implications for intimacy in lesbian relationships and dating. This film was shot and edited in-camera in 48 hours, for the Digital D.I.Y. Competition at Out on Screen 2004 and ultimately won the overall prize. The theme was “Rated F for….”

In their moment of crisis, the partners realize that this is a situation that won’t be solved by holding their breath. The film was the result of participating in the 24 Hour Panasonic Film Competition at the Hamptons International Film Festival.
