    The Irony Of It All

    Sat. Nov. 3rd, 1:30 PM

“Isn’t it ironic – don’t you think”. This program of shorts will make you chuckle and make you go hmmm… With E.V.E.S., a musical that leaves you wondering what a female-only future would be like – while in THE SHRINE, what you don’t know can hurt. Then in NOISE AND MUSIC, don’t make a bet unless you know you can win. In RUSSIAN HILL ROULETTE, there is a hill for everyone to conquer, while EQUAL OPPORTUNITY, exposes what it would be like if we all said what we were thinking. Next THE SCOOPERS, spoofs the television’s The Office, but with tastier results. AIR AND WATER warns about underestimating the power of Feng Shui, and finally, in MISS CHINATOWN, USA, the filmmaker looks at how a beauty pageant can help one young woman find her cultural roots – or not.
